What is Out of the Box Beauty? Chit Chat

Hi Fellow Mermaids & Mermen,

I just wanted to get on here today to explain what Out of the Box Beauty is and what I hope to accomplish from this blog. Out of the Box Beauty represents all types of beauty and its goal it for The Mermaid Clan to accept and appreciate our own beauty for what it is. And for this place to be a place of positivity and encouragement to continue to love ourselves for what we are and what we have to offer this world. Yes this blog does have a focus on makeup but for myself makeup isn't to cover up my beauty. But instead makeup is inspiring and fun. Makeup is art. It doesn't matter if you're doing a simple everyday, bright and fun, smokey night out or a costume theatrical it is all art to me. Everyday we can wake up and transform ourselves to any type of woman or man that we want to become. To me that is very powerful.

Out of the Box Beauty is a place where all Beauty is Celebrated! It doesn't matter what flaws you think you have You are Beautiful, Special and Unique.

I have put off creating this place for several years because I was worried that I would not be good enough or would not receive a positive response. But when I finally decided that this platform is much bigger than me. If there is a chance that someone that is feeling bad about themselves or feels not good enough and comes across this platform and it changes their day for the better or creates a positive personal outlook . All the time I have put into this is well worth it. Not only do I want to talk about makeup on this blog I want The Mermaid Clan to be able to encourage and inspire one another.
